Dental-Align is an office assessment program designed specifically for Chiropractic offices.
This analysis program determines how the patients feel about the office operations, the doctors, and other important factors.
The Dental-Align program allows each participant to write comments. These comments can be used as a set of proof statements for the quality of service provided.
The Dental-Align program provides a great platform for marketing. For example, the Dentists may conduct a patient night where the outcome of the study is reviewed along with how the Dentist intends to improve the operation based on the report. Allow the patients to bring guests increases the possibility for practice expansion.
To the left is a sample of the type of statements the patients are asked to complete.
To the right is one of the charts included in the report. As you can see, it provides satisfaction scores for a variety of areas within the office.
To the right is another chart that shows both the strengths as well as the challenges suggested by the patient and office base. As you can see importance is shown on the “Y” axis. the greater the importance that is given to an area, the further toward the top the item is. On the “X” axis the degree to which the item is performing is shown. The greater the importance the further the item will be to the left.
To the right is a sample of the detail report that is provided to you. As you can see, you can analyze the outcome by each statement as well as by those you have identified in your assessment. For example, you can break doctors from staff and both of those from patients. You can break patients into several categories.
