The WLi Small Business Assessment will help your small business better understand the way in which your customers consider your operations.

 

How the Assessment Works

1. You provide us with a list of emails for your staff and others you might want to be involved in the process.  You can provide emails of customers if you want those customers broken into various groups.  If you are satisfied with the customers being one group we can provide you with a link your customers use to take the study.  In that case, they would only be one single group “Customers” or “Patients” in the study.  For example, some like to see customers based on age, location or some other demographic.  That can only be accomplished if we use the email of the customer.  
2. We will provide you with a link for customers to use if you chose this process over the patient emails.  The would either go to your website where the link would be installed or to a temporary website we provide with the link. 
3. Your staff and customer complete the assessment.
4. We discuss the set up the study with you.
5. We email you a PDF report of the findings.
6. For a small additional charge, we will help you analyze the information.
