Illegal or Abusive Usage is Strictly Prohibited: You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users of our Website. You may not use the Company’s Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Should you be found to have engaged in illegal or abusive usage of our Website, Company will suspend your account or usage as applicable.

Your Account: If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
License Grant to Download and Use Content: Subject to Your compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the Terms, World Leadership Institute hereby grants to You a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, freely revocable license to view viewable Content, and in some instances download and print Content through a World Leadership owned Platform subject to the license under which such User Content and Materials are made available and distributed. If You are not a Champion Programs member or subscriber, You may only be able to view certain Content on World Leadership Champion Programs Web Sites. You may not be able to download or print the same unless You purchase a Subscription. If You are a Champion Programs or Total Program Member, so long as You are paid in full, and all the information You have provided is and remains true, accurate, and complete, then subject to Your compliance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms, World Leadership Institute hereby grants to You a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, freely revocable license to view, and in many instances download, save, print, and use, Content available to Total Program Members (depending upon Your subscription or membership) solely through a World Leadership Institute Platform subject to the license under which such Content is distributed or made available. The license granted to You is for Your exclusive personal use only. Any distribution, resale, or re-licensing of any aspect of providing passwords, license keys or software keys or content to any third parties for any reason is strictly prohibited. You may not resell any Content at a profit, though, if you are a registered Associate of World Leadership Service You may charge for Your service and program material as is contained in the Associate Agreement between you and World Leadership Institute. You may not in any case take a form document, video, or other material and sell it at a profit whether blank or after having filled in blanks or made minor modifications to fit the needs and purposes of the third party. Though in the case where you have become a licensed and registered Associates of World Leadership Institute and are fully in compliance with the terms and conditions of that Associate relationship with World Leadership Institute, You may possibly utilize such form document in providing professional services to such third party as is outlined in your associate agreement. If the terms of any license have changed by becoming more restrictive, You must comply with the more restrictive terms, including in relation to any Content licensed earlier. Associates must also notify each such third-party in writing that he, she, or it may not resell, re-license, republish, distribute, or transmit, change or modify any aspect of any Content.) Content, and all aspects of it, on, through, or from World Leadership Institute and a World Leadership Platform, may not be resold, redistributed, relicensed, reproduced, or made available on any site, web-page, blog, or other method, except where Content is available with the permission of World Leadership Institute. The content or other material on the web site or the web site itself may not be embedded in any documents or on your web site except with the written approval of World Leadership Institute. Notwithstanding the foregoing, World Leadership Institute may limit the Content and number of documents that You may view, download, or print within any given time period.
Software Provided: No user shall on their own or through any third party try to modify, change, update or reverse engineer the software provided by World Leadership Institute. The software provided by World Leadership Institute is provided under a use License which may be revoked if in World Leadership Institute’s sole opinion there is cause to do so. Upon notification of revocation of license, the user shall remove the software from their computer.
