Executive Attitude

It is critical to an organization for executives to understand how their own attitudes affect organizational culture. 

If executives fail to put effort into nurturing their own attitudes, it will have a direct effect on the organization.  The personal attitudes the executive displays each day rubs off on employees and causes a negative attitude to spread through the organization.  

What type of attitude do you express in your organization?  Is your attitude at work positive, uplifting, and full of positive expectancy?  If not why not?  What can you do to make it positive and forward-looking with positive expectancy? What can you do to ensure you provide the best possible example?
