You have just completed the Lesson on determining how you feel about life today as well as how you would like your life balance to be in the future. Now, you will focus more on determining how well you are completing each of those six areas of life. This process also provides you with the opportunity to determine how you would like to respond to each of the statements in each of the six life areas.
This Lesson is a more practical look at dealing with each of the six areas of life than the exercise you completed in the last topic. The statements in this exercise are designed to make you think about your actual efforts in each area of your life. As you learned before, your emotional and intellectual passions should be combined with wisdom to drive you to desired outcomes.
In this case, both your feelings and your actions should combine to help you reach the desire of your heart. You will use the first chart along with this one as you move forward into Direction and establish your Purpose within your Framework.
Exercise
Across the top of this exercise is a tab for each area of your life. Under each tab, you will have the ability to allocate a number to an individual statement. In this exercise allocate from 0 to 5 in responding to each statement within each of those six areas of life.
When you have finished, examine this graph and the one from the previous topic to see how you feel about your responses.
Do you feel you answered honestly? Remember this is no right or wrong answers but rather if you answered honestly there is a profile of how you are and wish to approach each of the areas of life.
If necessary, go back to either topic and correct areas where you now feel you may not have selected correctly the first time.
Once you have the charts at a point where they represent your current and future points, move on to the next topic. You may wish to complete this before you watch the video and then go back and make any changes after you see the video.
